A. Our pricing is based on your site being built within certain parameters as outlined on the options page. You will be surprised how our designs can be tailored to look unique to your property when the images are applied. If you want to add additional design elements, content or functionality, we will be happy to do this subject to additional charges being agreed.
Q. How do I choose and buy a domain name?
A. You can check whether your preferred domain name is available by using our domain name checker. When you have found the one you want, you can order it through this site and we'll secure it for you. If you need any help with choosing or ordering a name, please feel free to contact us.
Q. What is web hosting?
A. Web hosting is the space on a web server where your site will be located. This allows your website to be found on the internet. You pay an annual fee to the owner of the web server for use of the space.
Q. How do I set-up an account with PayPal?
A. The process is very straightforward and can be done by following the instructions on the PayPal website www.paypal.co.uk. If you are unsure and need some help, we will be happy to help you.
Q. How do I keep the availability checker up to date?
A. You will have an easy to use management tool with your website that you can access with a password. When you accept a booking, you will go into the management tool and simply mark the relevant dates as booked. We will provide full instructions and support to get you started.
Q. What happens if two people try to book the same dates at the same time?
A. The on-line booking system in the Premier package will prevent this happening. If you have the Gold package with the availability checker functionality, you will receive two emails. You will then have to decide which party to give the chosen dates to!
Q. How will people find my website on the internet?
A. There are millions of websites on the internet and we recommend that you do some additional marketing to make people aware of your web-address. This can be on-line via pay-per-click advertising and directory listings or off-line in press and other publications. We can help you with all aspects of marketing your property.
